Bulk actions
Select rows → the bulk action bar slides up from the bottom. Available actions:
- Re-qualify — re-run ICP / Persona scoring on selected leads
- Re-enrich — run the enrichment waterfall on missing channels
- Push to destination — pick an existing destination + force-sync these leads
- Add to audience — append to a manual-add audience
- Export — CSV with currently-visible columns
- Delete — remove from workspace (irreversible)
Bulk-select mode supports two semantics:
- By IDs — exactly the leads you selected
- All matching filter — all leads matching the current Search / Filter, even ones not yet rendered (for server-paginated views)
The bulk bar makes the distinction explicit so you don't accidentally re-qualify your entire workspace.
Performance behavior
The Leads page uses server-side pagination once your workspace has >5,000 leads. Sort / filter / group happen against the server in that mode. Below 5,000, everything happens client-side for instant feedback.
You don't have to switch modes — the table detects record count and toggles. The Performance indicator in the toolbar shows the current mode.
