> The Leads page — overview and bulk actions

The Leads page is the master list of every person in your workspace. Identity-first columns, server-paginated, bulk-actionable. Where you live when triaging the pipeline.

2 min read·Never reviewed

TL;DR: Every lead in your workspace, columned identity-first. Sort, filter, group, bulk-action. Click any row to open the lead detail.

Default columns, left to right

  • Select — checkbox; click for single, shift-click for range, header for all
  • Name — avatar + name + initial; the identity anchor
  • Status — Signal received / Qualified / Enriched / Synced (pipeline progress)
  • ICP — ICP code (e.g. ENT_FIN, Mid-market SaaS)
  • Persona — Persona code (e.g. Founder, VP Sales, CRO)
  • ICP score — 0–100
  • Persona score — 0–100
  • Engagement — Stage label (Cool / Warm / In-market / Hot), color-coded
  • Work email — primary contactable channel
  • Phone — second contactable channel
  • LinkedIn — third contactable channel
  • Signals — count of signals tied to this lead, with a sparkline

Hidden columns (toggle via Columns)

  • Personal email · Past titles · Years experience · Years in role · Function · Seniority · Geo · Profile keywords · Custom enrichment fields · Last signal at · Created at · Modified at · Modified by

Toolbar

  • Views — Default, Custom (saved per user); switch with the dropdown
  • Time range — Last 30 days / Last 90 days / All time; scopes the metrics columns
  • Search — fuzzy match on name, title, company, email
  • Filter — multi-condition filter on any column
  • Group — group by ICP / Persona / Engagement Stage / Source
  • Columns — show / hide columns

Bulk actions

Select rows → the bulk action bar slides up from the bottom. Available actions:

  • Re-qualify — re-run ICP / Persona scoring on selected leads
  • Re-enrich — run the enrichment waterfall on missing channels
  • Push to destination — pick an existing destination + force-sync these leads
  • Add to audience — append to a manual-add audience
  • Export — CSV with currently-visible columns
  • Delete — remove from workspace (irreversible)

Bulk-select mode supports two semantics:

  • By IDs — exactly the leads you selected
  • All matching filter — all leads matching the current Search / Filter, even ones not yet rendered (for server-paginated views)

The bulk bar makes the distinction explicit so you don't accidentally re-qualify your entire workspace.

Performance behavior

The Leads page uses server-side pagination once your workspace has >5,000 leads. Sort / filter / group happen against the server in that mode. Below 5,000, everything happens client-side for instant feedback.

You don't have to switch modes — the table detects record count and toggles. The Performance indicator in the toolbar shows the current mode.
