Wholesale or commission — which one should I pick?

Pick wholesale when you own the customer relationship end-to-end and want to set the markup yourself — you bill the client, we bill you at the lowest unit cost on our ladder. Pick commission when the client wants to pay us direct or you'd rather not take billing risk — we charge them, we pay you 30% cash (or 45% in credits) for as long as they're active. You can run different clients on different models inside the same agency contract; there's no lock-in.

What does white-label actually cover?

Your logo on the dashboard header and your custom domain mapped to the app surface (we point yourdomain.com to the engine). Clients work in your branded environment — they don't see Unstuck. We don't run outreach itself; the engine ships warm leads into whatever tools you're already using (Smartlead, HeyReach, your CRM, your dialer), so the sender domain on outreach is on those tools, not us.

How does consolidated billing work in wholesale?

One contract with us, one invoice per month. Credit usage is aggregated across all your client accounts; you get the lowest unit cost on our ladder once your roster crosses the volume threshold. You bill your clients however you want — retainer, pass-through, outcome-based — using the per-client burn data we expose in your agency dashboard.

What counts as 'one piece of content' for the free agency seat?

A LinkedIn post or carousel about Unstuck, a YouTube video that uses our platform as the main subject, a Substack or blog post (300+ words), a podcast appearance where we're the topic, or a community deep-dive (Reddit, Slack workspace, etc.). Generic 'top 10 GTM tools' listicles don't count. We need it to be meaningfully focused on Unstuck — a workflow, a result, a comparison.

When does commission start, and how long does it last?

From the first paid month of every client you bring, for 12 months by default. Solution Partner agencies that operate at scale can negotiate extended terms — we cover the specifics on the partner call. If a client pauses and comes back inside the term, commission resumes for the remaining months.

What if a client wants to leave you for us directly?

We don't poach. Your contract with us names you as the partner of record for the accounts you bring. If a client decides to leave the agency relationship and come direct, we'll talk to you first about how the migration happens — and your commission on existing tenure stays.

Do you handle implementation, or do we?

Both. You pick. The default is: you handle client onboarding, audience setup, and ICP/Persona definition — that's your value-add. We provide the engine, documentation, and a dedicated Slack channel for technical questions. For Strategic agencies, we'll do mutual pilots and joint pitches.

What's the requirement to stay in the program?

Active client accounts and one piece of content about us within the first 30 days. After that, the only requirement is that you're still actively running the engine for at least one client. No quotas, no leaderboards.
