> Lead detail page — the anatomy

The full panel-by-panel tour. Header, four state panels (Activity / Qualification / Enrichment / Sync), Detailed Profile, Copilot rail. Where most of the operator's day happens.

2 min read·Never reviewed

TL;DR: Header strip on top. Four state panels in a row (Activity, Qualification, Enrichment, Sync). Detailed Profile below. Sidebar rail with breadcrumbs + engagement-score badge. Copilot button always in the top-right.

Header strip

  • Avatar + name — large, identity-first
  • Status badge — Signal received / Qualified / Enriched / Synced. Color-coded.
  • Title and company — current role; clickable through to account detail
  • Two actions that change with the stage — the header shows the next move for where this lead actually is. A freshly captured lead offers Qualify and Run custom research; a synced one offers Generate follow-up and Engagement recap; one that replied offers Generate reply and Meeting prep brief. The full ladder is in Copilot actions inside a record
  • … overflow — Find lookalikes, Add to audience, Open in <destination> (once synced), Open company, and Delete lead
  • Ask Copilot / Tell me about this lead — Copilot trigger, top-right

Four state panels (in a row)

Activity

Signals tied to this lead, ordered by recency. Each row is one signal capture:

  • Signal type icon + name (Keywords, Job Changes, Demo Viewed, etc.)
  • Timestamp ("1w ago", "2w ago")
  • Click-through opens the underlying signal detail page

Below the rows, a See all (N) link expands to full history. Most leads have between 1 and 20 captures.

Qualification

  • ICP — code + score (e.g. ENT_OPS 33)
  • Persona — code + score (e.g. Security IC 79)
  • Stage — Hot / Warm / In-market / Cool / Cold (engagement)

None of the three is clickable — there is no per-parameter breakdown. When a record matched nothing, the row reads Not a fit and its tooltip names the rule that knocked each candidate out.

Enrichment

Lists the contact channels that have a value — work email, personal email, phone, LinkedIn. Click an email or phone to copy it.

When nothing has been found, the panel says so and links to Set up audience enrichment. There's no enrich button on a record: enrichment is a property of an audience. See Lead detail — Enrichment panel.

Sync

  • Current destination sync state per connected destination
  • Sync to Tools button — manual push (in case the auto-sync hasn't propagated yet)

Detailed Profile

Below the panels, a structured profile block:

  • Current job title + Seniority
  • Function + Geo (Country / City)
  • Years of experience (total) + Years in current role
  • Profile keywords — chips extracted from public profile + workspace data
  • Persona custom question — the question text. The answer field is present but always renders —: no loaded field carries the answer yet, and the product shows an honest empty rather than inventing one

Right sidebar rail

A vertical rail on the right edge of the viewport shows:

  • Breadcrumb spine — LEAD: <name> and ACCOUNT: <company>, clickable back to Leads and to the account detail

There is no classification-version entry in the rail, and no floating engagement-score badge anywhere on the page. The engagement Stage lives in the Qualification panel with the ICP and Persona rows.
