TL;DR: Unstuck Engine takes intent signals from external sources, scores every lead against your ICPs and Personas, groups them into auto-updating Audiences, and pushes those Audiences to your downstream tools. Copilot drives all of it from plain English.
The sidebar, top to bottom
Open the app. The left sidebar lists, in order:
- Copilot — the primary workspace. Ask in plain English, get research, drafts, and platform setup back. Owns the root URL (
/). - Signals — every signal type that's feeding intent data into your workspace. Replies, Keywords, Job Changes, Demo Viewed, and 27 others. Each row shows status, profiles found, qualified rate, and downstream outcomes.
- Qualification — your ICPs and the Personas inside them. The scoring rules that turn raw leads into ranked targets.
- Leads — every person in your workspace, with their ICP code, Persona code, ICP score, Persona score, engagement stage, and the signals that flagged them.
- Accounts — every company in your workspace, with the same shape at the company level.
- Audiences — dynamic segments built from Leads + Accounts + Signals. Auto-update as new records qualify, push to destinations on a sync schedule.
- Insights — performance metrics. Reply rate, meeting rate, signups, purchases, LTV per ICP × Persona × Engagement.
- Settings — API keys, sources, billing, team, engagement stages.
- Docs — developer reference (API contracts, MCP tools, CLI).
- Help center — you're here.

- Signals ingest intent data from external sources — LinkedIn posts, job changes, ad views, replies to your sequences, demo viewings, webhook events. Each signal carries a "what happened, when, who" payload.
- Scoring runs the signal through your ICP and Persona rules. The record gets an ICP code (which ICP it matches), Persona code (which Persona inside the ICP), and weighted scores for each.
- Records — every qualified lead + account is enriched with contact details (email, phone, LinkedIn) via the waterfall enrichment engine and lands in
Leads/Accounts. - Audiences — saved filters group records into actionable segments. "VPs of Marketing at Series B SaaS who replied in the last 14 days" is an audience.
- Destinations — Audiences sync to HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Smartlead, or any webhook. Cadence is per-audience (real-time, daily, weekly).
- Insights close the loop — every reply, meeting, signup, purchase, and LTV value flows back into your scoring so the system gets sharper over time.
What you'll do most days
Three things, roughly in this order:
- Open Copilot and ask
> show me hot leads from this weekor> what's working in the Mid-market SaaS ICP?. Most days start here. - Spot-check the Leads page — sort by recency or engagement score, scan the top 20. Click into the interesting ones for the full detail view (signals, qualification, enrichment, Copilot actions).
- Tune one thing. Add a parameter to an ICP, refine a Persona's title pattern, tighten an audience filter. The system rebalances within seconds.
